Biography
Over Three Decades Defending Nevadans
Sean P. Sullivan is our Las Vegas partner attorney, bringing over 30 years of Nevada courtroom experience to every record sealing case.
Sean P. Sullivan was born and raised in Las Vegas and has represented clients in Nevada's criminal justice system for over 30 years. Since beginning his legal career in Nevada in 1994, Sean has developed extensive experience in criminal defense, with particular knowledge of Nevada's record-sealing statutes, legal requirements and court procedures.
After serving as managing partner of Kelly & Sullivan, Ltd. from 1994 to 2011, Sean established his independent Las Vegas practice in 2011. Over the course of his career, he has handled thousands of criminal matters in the Nevada Court system, including record sealing petitions across Clark County and throughout Nevada.
Sean is admitted to practice before the Nevada Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the District of Nevada. He is a member of the Nevada State Bar and Clark County Bar Association. Sean has also been recognized as a Master of DUI Defense by the American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys and has been a member of the Nevada Attorneys for Criminal Justice and National Trial Lawyers Association for several decades.
